- Design and architecture — Screen flows, data model, integration points and security requirements are settled; we don't write code before your sign-off.
- Sprint-based development — 2-3 week deliveries; you see a working version every sprint.
- Testing, security and go-live — Functional testing, security review, performance testing; controlled production rollout.
- Handover and support — Source code, documentation and training are delivered to you. Optional maintenance agreement.

What Determines the Cost of Custom Software?
The honest answer: a single price can't be printed on a page, because cost depends on scope. The main drivers:

Frequently Asked Questions
Custom software or an off-the-shelf package?
If your process is standard and you can adapt to a package, the package is cheaper. If your processes are unique, you need many integrations, or the package is "making you do the work", custom software is more economical long-term and a competitive advantage. We say so plainly in the discovery call — sometimes the answer is "you don't need custom software".
How long does a project take?
A small enterprise web application or MVP takes 6-10 weeks; fintech projects with integrations 3-6 months; comprehensive systems such as crypto exchange infrastructure longer. The exact timeline is set in the scope document.
Another company built our software — will you take it over?
Yes. We first review the code and infrastructure and report the state in writing; then we take on maintenance and further development.
Who owns the source code and IP?
You do. It's stated explicitly in the contract; all source code and documentation are handed over at project end.
What about data protection and security?
